Next Hub meeting: Thursday 15 May 2025, 7pm — online via Zoom

Sign in to the Hub

A private space for hub members and contributors who help keep the Transition London Hub website alive — writing news, posting events, and sharing what their local groups are up to.

Most people don't need to sign in to take part in Transition London. This page is just for the small group of volunteers who help maintain the website itself.

Who is this for?

Community Access is the contributors' entrance to the website. If you've been invited to help with the rebuild, write articles, or post news and events for your local Transition group, this is where you sign in.

Each contributor is given their own username and password by the hub team. What you can do once signed in depends on your role — most contributors can write and edit articles, upload photos, and add events. A few co-ordinators can also publish other people's contributions and manage the site's structure.

  • Write and edit articles for your local group
  • Add upcoming workshops, work-days, and meetings to the events list
  • Share news from a project or campaign you've been running
  • Upload photos from recent events into the shared media library

Not a contributor?

You're very welcome here — and you don't need an account. Almost everything Transition London does happens out in the boroughs, around tables and in gardens, not behind a screen.

The best way to get involved is to find your nearest local group and turn up to one of their open events. We list them on the Get Involved page.

Want to become a contributor?

If you help run a London Transition group and would like an account so you can post your group's events and news directly, drop us a line. We're keen to make it as easy as possible for active groups to share what they're doing across the wider London network.

Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a short note about your group and the kind of things you'd like to post. A hub co-ordinator will set you up with an account, send your details securely, and walk you through the basics if you'd like.

A note on privacy

We only collect what we need to give you an account: your name, email address, and the local group you contribute on behalf of. We don't share contributor details with third parties, and accounts are removed when someone steps back from the role.
